I thought Hogshooter decommitted & eneded up signing with another team; the dude never made it to campus, iirc.

No. Hogshooter signed with us but I recall someone saying we were having roster limit issues at the time because of the NCAA’s new rules. He and other guys around the country entered the portal just in case.
He didn’t sign anywhere else as far as I can tell, still has UH on his socials and both Kei and Weigman follow him. So I don’t know exactly.

Just checked his instagram page. He hasn’t posted since he uploaded his commitment graphic to UH back in Fall 2024.
Also, I don’t see that the official UH Football Instagram page follows him, so idk where he ended up.
I’m pretty sure Luke McGary has another year of eligibility
He had receptions last season, and Kaleb Thomas didn’t, so next update, I’ll list him as the third string TE. He’ll be the only Dana player on the depth chart.
Luke isn’t a Dana guy. Fritz brought him in last year, along with Koziol. Also, I’m sure he’ll be TE2 at worst. I see the following:
TE1: Patrick Overmeyer
TE2: Luke McGary
TE3: Traville Frederick (also FB1)
Boogie RS request got denied
Time to sue lol
Good, solid starting lineup for offense next year…and we still have another week in the portal to bring in more talent…We are in a very good position on offense next year.
