Was QB Conner Weigman playing injured?
He fumbled 2 snaps led too fumble recoveries for WVU. He also fumbled a third which was recovered by UH. I never saw him do that before. His passes did not have the usual zip. My guess he was either playing with a injured hand, wrist or shoulder.

Go watch some film of him at A&M.
I heard/read he was holding his wrist on the sideline during the game like he’d injured it. I can’t remember if that was this site, TV, or both.

Nothing has been announced, but a dude doesn’t just forget how to hold on to a football or throw a spiral. Something definitely affected his grip on the football.

I did see him moving his fingers around talking to a coach.

That pick 6 was such a bad read and weak thrown ball. Does he grip the ball? Two times no one touched him, ball just slipped out of his hand

Just watched WF post game he was asked if CW had some injury affecting his throwing ability,he said none that he was made aware of.
Maybe calling run after run with him last week in the second half beat him up and he was playing injured. My uninformed 2 cents

I thought he was flexing fingers a lot while holding the ball, I was wondering if he had some grip issues too.

Oh, he definitely had issues. 
Well sure, I mean I feel for him, I play hurt whenever I play anything. Appreciate being a trooper, but if your fingers or forearm are keeping you from doing what you need to do, we need to take care of it and find a way to mitigate for the sake of the team and the game.

Yes he s getting beat up, I’m sure that’s one of his issues with the dropped or flopped balls.

If he was too hurt to go, then Zeon or Austin should have been under center.

I was taught that if you missed a tackle, or dropped a pass, always lay down or stay down and act like I was injured. 
CWF said he wasn’t injured (that he knew of) during the post-game conference.
There are some guys that won’t tell you they’re hurt if they can play through it. I’m suspecting about 85% of all high level college guys. And I say high-level as in p4. I’m just assuming. I don’t have a son that plays football.
