Brazil seems to be the odds in favorite and rightly so. But France is a solid choice as well. For me it seemed this WC had both the most bad qualifiers and the most great qualifiers that I can remember. Even in the absence of Belgium the last batch is incredibly impressive. It will be so much fun to watch.
My francophile daughter has her favorite staked out, multiple team jerseys and all.
