20 minutes prior to my allotted time I call the ticket office as I have a few questions per the email. I was looking at a block of seats available that had more seats than I needed. I selected the block and auto selected all of the available seats. I didn’t need 7 seats, I needed 5.
20 minutes of holding, as my frustration grew, someone finally took my call and the first words out of their mouth “thanks for calling the houston cougar ticket office, can you hold?”
After a few expletives, I selected seats elsewhere and hung up.
