We focus a LOT on “Recruiting”, and while Willie has made improvements, in fact… leaps and bounds, year over year in this regard, the Coogs have also utilized the Transfer Portal at an elite level for a couple of years now.
The overall impact of both HS Recruiting, and the Transfer Portal have, subjectively, put Houston among the top 10 programs in the country when it comes to overall “Roster Improvement” in the past two years.
Does anyone know of any metrics out there that measure this in a way that paints an accurate picture of the turnaround taking place in H-Town?
Other than going from 4-8 to 10-3…
Maybe some sort of “composite” PFF Grades?
Roster Depth has certainly improved, a LOT.
I think the Coogs are gonna put some real beatdowns on some teams this Fall…
