I did a search and didn’t see any threads on this, but there is a season kickoff party at Little Woodrow’s Shepherd location starting at 8:00 pm Friday night.

Art Briles, Tom Penders et al used to have season kickoff parties at Skeeters Mesquite Grills around town. These get togethers were a lot of fun, and I used to go to the one in the Gulfgate shopping center. The attendance was so so, but the meetings gave fans something to look forward to.
