SEASON TICKET RENEWAL IS OUT!

It ain’t easy.

It’s all about value! Im getting a ton of that right now although the poster selling those 2 clubbers was highly tempting.

The website for renewing the season tickets is trash. I had to call in today as I had a bunch of pending charges on my card from the ticket office. Call in to renew, don’t use the website.

It was those extra tack ons like 110% etc. I had to get mine taken off too.

Did they fix them or tell you they will disappear in a few more days. I haven’t called them back yet after our first discussion and I have a bunch still pending.

He said they will disappear. They better.

I’m waiting until Thursday before I check back. Normally no big deal, but there are 8 pending charges on my “mad money” credit card, really cutting into the credit limit.

At least I’m saving money this week. :sunglasses:

Yeah, I got home from the game last night and my wife asks why are our season tickets are 8 grand.

Mine aren’t yet. :rage:

We’re back to 1999 with the ticket office. Call Rudy Davalos.

The people in the ticket office have been great when I’ve called. As well as my CP Rep.

The issue is with Paciolan. The provide the website for many Universities, many much larger than us. They must be doing something right. However, I’ve experienced very poor performance in many ways. Would be nice to know who is responsible for the actual maintenance and input, us or them.

I can tell you that my experience with Paciolan being used by different schools doesn’t have the same issues. If UH wouldn’t include a huge donation as the default choice, this wouldn’t be as big of a problem.

I honestly kind of resent it and am tempted to zero out donations every time we go through this.

I was under the distinct impression that these “donations” were NOT voluntary.

Per-seat donations are not, but “next level” donations are.

Yeah, I agreed to a lot more than most, but I figured I would rather just give it to her and get out than to give it to lawyers to fight it out for months on end. Like I said we each got what we wanted; she got everything and I got out.

She got the elevator and you got the shaft . . . . .

Believe me, it was worth it.

I can’t say enough nice things about the how ticket office treats me when I call but it seems to me once a glitch like this gets in their system the website should be disabled and a message should be sent to just call in to renew.

Or maybe fix it? I know it sounds crazy, but it just might work.
