Just renewed both basketball and football. The Next Level donation thing is no longer there, just the option to add an unrestricted donation. Appears like it’s fixed.
I have to appeal for the right to renew my season tickets as they have marked my account as a potential ticket broker. I have been a season ticket holder since i think 2010 and i am constantly in the top 100 for attendance points at the games in the rewards app. I never even knew we have a rule against brokers. I guess there must be a waitlist for season tickets to be trying to prevent people from purchasing.
In my experience with renewing/purchasing tickets, the issue is with the bank of the issuing credit card. Whether the billing address doesn’t match, the amount is too much, or something weird. The ticket office can’t really do anything about that, so it’s up to you to make sure the information is correct. With all of the credit card fraud that is happening, I don’t blame them for trying to cover their butts.
The donations are an easy way to solicit to us hardcore fans. We have our money out, so CP is trying to get any extra. I wish they would do a little more legwork instead of piggybacking off of the ticket office. But that’s just my $0.02.
Not true in my case. Tried two different cards, both which I use frequently. The website kept saying website error and keep trying. And every time I tried, another pending charge hit.
They have acknowledged it was an error on their part. The pending charges finally went away in a week.

We have a waiting list of real fans that want tickets we don’t need brokers buying up and reselling to the visitors

Yes, but i am not a broker. I have 6 seats for football and 6 for basketball. What broker in their right mind would have premium seats for football?

Same thing here with the previous unrestricted donation. I actually wanted to increase my donation this year, but the system wouldn’t let me change the amount. So they got the same amount as last year. Cougar Pride’s loss.

Ark - please contact your Cougar Pride / Athletics representative to change your CP donation. Live folks are much better than electronic stuff. I have had very bad luck trying to use CP electronic account. Jut make a phone call and get to know your CP rep better. GO COOGS!
Krazy - just call your CP / Athletics assigned rep and they will get this clarified.
Why have a website at all?

Because I have as much faith in someone behind a phone operating a system as I do a website, that after receiving complaints for years, still doesn’t seem to change. If they can’t get it to work, I’d rather they go back to mailing.
Ark - Were you assigned a Cougar Athletic Representative in Cougar Pride? If so, you should make contact. My Representative makes my life easy, and I have heard very good things within my tailgate group working with their assigned Cougar Athletic Representative’s. I believe the Representative’s were established to improve relationships with season ticket holders and to avoid going through the ticket office.
