Appreciate the mention, NRG. As it happens, everyone’s upgrade window is different so some folks started a bit earlier and others will start later. The 5/3 deadline is the big piece.

If anyone needs help with this process, holler at our friends in the Ticket Office:

Current view of available seats.

I was looking at some $600 seats in the 300 level (Queenie ?) but the click on
show view did not work for them. Is it me or something else ?

Edit - I can get a seat view for older stadium seats that are available, but not the
new ones ???

I had similar problem. I called Cougar Pride - turns out there was a lot more Queenie seats available than ticket office seat map shows. I got much better seating by calling

I notice looking through the map that there was no way all of those seats could be sold. It amazes me that what UH actually has in inventory does not match the seating chart available of the upgrade process. I’ve noticed that the last couple of years and hope that doing that works out for the ticket office.

Queenie’s Party Patio is a unique one in the season ticket picture.

We have rocketed past our season ticket sales goal for QPP and had taken most of the remaining seats offline as a season ticket option as we look to hold seats back for single game and group sales. All sales of remaining QPP seats as season tickets are getting one-off approvals. I’d guess we’re one or two sales away from being done selling season tickets in the area altogether. A great problem to have!

Looking at sections 306-309 chair backs row 3. Does anyone have any insight if row 3 will high enough to avoid the rails getting in the way of the field view

I’m in 306 row 3. It’s a pretty good spot imo. I don’t remember any obstruction last year.

I sit in the 300 level on row two and have no problem with the rail. I would not sit on row 1.

The sections held for students and band is all red, as it should be, as well as probably the upper deck on visitors side for visiting band. But yeah, they are apparently holding back a lot of the upper deck seating. Maybe to get season ticket holders in the higher priced seats. I’m sure there is a method to madness.

Why hold seats back!! You know historically our attendance is a problem and yall have people wanting to buy season tickets but not wanting to sell them. Strike why the iron is hot, never understood the thought process of holding tickets back, it’s not like we are Tx A&M and have a waiting list.

Yep. I have faith that they know what they’re doing.

If you call and tell them about where you want to sit, you would be surprised at how they can come up with seats in areas shown as none available.

I think I’m going to try Queenie this year for a change, in 5 minutes. Been in section 103 for 10 years.

I agree with red80. I spoke with my Cougar Athletic Representative in Cougar Pride and was able to purchase the seats I was looking to upgrade into.

Same thing happened to me (specifically about Queenie) and when I called in, Collin made it sound like he had not heard of the problem. I also could see availability in other parts of the seating map.

I’m guessing we didn’t pay for the software maintenance to keep the
seat view map updated or something like that. I didn’t call it in to report it; maybe
they will get it updated.
