If you put in a request to upgrade your seats, have you heard back from the ticket office?
It has been almost two months since the renewal deadline.
They just finished the football upgrades. Maybe basketball will follow soon.

I am still on the waitlist…
We have had season tickets for several years and we signed up for the “upgrade wait list” at the end of 2024 / 2025 season.
Do you have season tickets to other sports?

The Ticket Office sent out an email to those who have upgrade requests in their accounts.
As you can imagine, we have hundreds of those requests and a very small amount of seats. Please use the link in the email to document the specific move you’re looking to make (add a seat, upgrade location, etc.).

What about people still in the waitlist to acquire tickets?
Great question coogofsteel. I personally don’t have any insight. We were able to “upgrade” as someone did not renew their two season tickets. So, our original two season ticket seats became available. Not sure how long the wait list is currently, but if I had to guess, very long with few tickets available, as season ticket holders are most likely renewing.
