UH could really get creative with a once-a-year space city uniform. Imagine the UH pants representing a fireball. Each player would psychologically be a step faster.
Imagine these images below on the unis. Note to UH AD: Have space merch available at the game and ready to sell. Bonus: No cease and desist letters from the Tennessee Titans.

With a little imagination, the one-time-a-year space uniform could be designed to resemble a super hero. The players would love it and the merch would be flying off the shelves.

They regularly introduce alternative logos like the famous wet cat or thundercoog. I would love to see a space cougar for next year with the stadium rename. They need new merch to sell, the current stuff is getting stale.
