The downtown skyscrapers are the ones affected by the flight path but the stadium can still be much taller if they wanted to.

The beige color on the new building looks terrible. Literally any other color could’ve been better.

I would like for them to update the progress over there.
I hate beige. My mom had every room, as well as the whole outside of our house painted beige. She even added beige curtains. I agree, ALMOST any color except beige.

Yes, maybe some red trim or lights or murals or banners or UH signage could spruce it up. But the campus is beige.

Yes please tell us percent complete and finish date. Things have gone quiet on this important project. Has it been placed on hold? We used to get video tours by the UH Project Manager.Now crickets.

It’s getting close because they’ve started working on landscaping features and pouring concrete around the exterior, looks like they are leveling dirt where the road will be, white tarp is down over suites so I guess they are building those out now. I’m guessing most of the work going on now in inside. Seeing a lot of trucks unloading things on the south side camera over the past week or so.

A couple of weeks ago when the department honored the donors with a walk-through, there seemed to be a lot of interior work still to be done.

Was the hvac plumbing and electrical done at least? If it’s just cosmetic, counter tops fixtures paint glass, etc shouldn’t take that long
if its out of stock it is - trust me on that

I can see the bridge becoming a performance stage and a place for student orgs to hang game specific banners. Each college could have a home game assignment for a banner. Students from Engineering/Tech ,Science, Law,Medical etc could make something up .There could be all kind of high jinks each home game. Student creativity. Fun !
