I think the only bad thing about sitting on the video board side, is you don’t get to enjoy the video board.

IMO - End Zone seats are horrible for watching action on the other side of 50YL. Can’t tell if the play gained 10 yards or lost 10 yards. Now view inside 50 on the end you are on is very good. Just my opinion.
And it would help if they had a decent video board on the other end zone.
The one in the corner. Ehh . . .

Stick it above the seats in the other end zone. Boom - no lost seats.
But the “need” for another video board and ability to finance it directly correlates to attendance. That said, we didn’t “need” the giant board that we have, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t awesome.

The issue with sitting under video boards at stadiums is excessive sound level. You are sitting under audio speakers. I hope that is not a problem at TDECU. Otherwise, I am sure we will be reading the complaints on this board.

Not sure if they would need to remove seats but would love if we can at least fill in the NE corner with a board to match the SE corner
I found, in the Astrodome, that sitting in the end zone, between the goal posts, offers a view that you don’t get, otherwise. You can see the O line blocking, D line rushing, Routs receivers are running, holes the backs are running into. I enjoyed this view as it enhances my understanding of what actually goes on during the game. Same for BB. Some years back, I went to the Hof and there were about 100 in attendance. Sat behind and slightly above the back board and wow, watching the D set up, and the O coming down court was totally something you do not get from side views.

Saw that yesterday, did not look like anybody was in the stadium from the limited view you can see. Was it a football player or could you see the video board from campus?
