Ah, when we used to actually wear our school colors… 'member? Pepperidge Farm remembers.

Not sure if you mean Scarlett Red and Albino White or not… but as long as that disgusting a** “Blue” is not in the graphics, it’s 100 to me.

Thank you for posting BioCoog.
Why choose the smu game and not the 1988 game against uta? Especially humiliating uta at their home.
This never gets old.

Hakeem, Drexler, Elvin Hayes, Andre Ware, Klinger, Carl Lewis, Keenum’s freshmen year all had blue on their UH jerseys.

Like it or not, the UH goats wore red, white and blue!

This does not mean anything but I always like the blue trim.

TRIM is the operative word. Just keep that North Carolina stuff away from the basketball team.

MORE blue trim please, as it is part of our uniform history.

Much darker blue than Houston Blue. Maybe a Navy blue.

Back in the 70s it was more of a royal blue.

H-town blue is such a great color for the Coogs alternate uniforms in all sports

Keep the marketing going, we have 100 years of red and white.

Never change. Go back to red and white uni’s and helmits from '46. They worked then and if we never make any changes or additions/subtractions, our marketing will be much easier and we will be more recognizable. Skinny UH rules . . . . .

Didn’t we start with blue 100 years ago?

Me too.

The youngsters here think everything started with Yeoman in the 60’s…

UH FB started after WWII in ~1946 which is ~79 years ago. This resulted from the efforts of many UH students including Jack Valenti and Johnny Goyen. You can find some of that history in wikipedia.

If I recall correctly, Frank (with whom I attended Waltrip HS in the late '60’s) Ditta’s father was Captain of the first UH FB team in 1946 and I think he was later a coach in HISD.

easier does not mean more money and wider influence across Texas and the country. Blue is genius.
