Stadium Food Updated for 2026

Shout out to Eddie Nunez and his staff, I don’t know what they did, but this year I have had some of the best food I have ever had a stadium, especially at TDECU.

We have tried Ninfa’s, Layne’s, Halal Guy’s, Pizza Hut, and Crumble and everything was served at the correct temperature, was delicious, was a normal sized portion and the prices are not ridiculous. Today I even got some flautas in the 3rd quarter and they were perfect and clearly freshly prepared.

I wish the souvenir soda price was cheaper, but we have never had trouble finding a stand that would give us refills, today we had 7 or 8 refills. I don’t want to get into the price of beer, I kind of think they keep the price high to slow consumption.

Now let me know how stupid I am and how the foie gras in the club was dry or how the nachos in the students section were cold.

I was reminded multiple times to get as many refills on my souvenir drink as possible by the staff and had no problem doing it.

Yeah, the beer price is atrocious. I bought zero today.

There’s a spiked lemonade stand to the right of trill burgers.

Best. Thing. Houston. Athletics. Has. Ever. Done.

I was bummed that the funnel cake place was closed today.

They probably forecasted a low turnout

I figured they had a hard time with staffing.

My son ordered the Trill chicken tenders. They were huge, hot, fresh. Looked really good.

I tried to get my refill just after the final whistle and they said, Sorry, we turned them off. Miss Patti’s was just trying to get out of there as fast as possible. The rest of the concessions were still serving.

And at the beginning of halftime there was no ketchup at the condiments stands, either location. So, no ketchup for my burger and fries. But the hamburger is good.

I had similar thoughts while walking around the stadium with my son today. Our stadium food, snack, and drinks situation is pretty damn solid. Now tailgating otoh…

Now i have to know, how much are beers selling for?

Over $20 for a big Modelo if you tip $2

I saw a guy carrying some tacos that looked really good. I would’ve asked him where he got them, but he had an aggy shirt on…

FYI - I tried some of the Beef Bites Coog Snacks (funds go to NIL)…they were damn good!

Gonna start getting those instead of M&M’s or some other generic stuff at the corner markets in the stadium.

Why would anyone buy Bud Light. It is first off Bud Light but they are paying UT for the advertising, not UH or other Big 12 teams.
