Obviously this guy is smoking those funny cigarettes. All you have to do is glance at the map and realize the SEC teams aren’t leaving the SEC and the B1G teams aren’t leaving the B1G.

Optimal realignment, even if from the top-down, would almost certainly involve uneven numbers of teams in different places. This is most evident here in the placement of Tennessee with the midwestern schools and splitting Minnesota and Wisconsin…
