Their fast rising law school is already in Fort Worth.
They took over Wesleyan University law school or should I say bought it.

Is TCU happy about this? Why do they need a campus in Fort Worth?

The same foundation that paid for TCUs stadium. Good for Ft Worth. Students from out of town spending their hard earned student loans in their city.
Meanwhile, Texas still hasn’t sold that land in Houston.

Exactly. TCU is not a public entity. TCU is not supported by the tax payers.
The University of Houston is.
