That was the one that I had in school and I think looks nice on a polo. However, I have grown accustomed to the athletic version of the interlocking UH. I prefer today’s version to the C-USA version (and the “wet” Cougar) but it is a part of our journey so I embrace it. And palm trees. And hubcap guy.
Maybe it should just be Hofheinz-Yeoman-Maggard-Khator Stadium. HYMK (pronounced “him - kay”) Stadium has a nice ring to it.
How about Mattress Mac Stadium? He will place huge bets on us winning it all every year!
One of my favorite Mattress Mac stories involves naming fields. He had North Texas name their practice field after a coach they’d just fired.
