I find this interesting as a matter of general business law, and tax law. Interested what people thing about it in their perspective. Not intending this to be another Elon thread, or for it to be an argument about specifics to his particular lawsuits. Trying to look at it in general all together from a business, legal and tax stand point. Also what it might mean to shareholders.
