In college, the coach makes the rule and decideswho he wants. In the pros, the player with the $100million+ contract can get rid of the coach. Let’s face it, if LaBron doesn’t like the coach, the team isn’t shipping LaBron. I don’t know why one would would want a job with all of the responsibility, but not really having the authority.

No way NBA players would put up with style of coaching. He couldn’t get away with yelling at them like he does college players.
