The question about these facilities is “How much is too much?” If your answer is “We have to keep up with our competition”, you flunk the test. The fiscally correct answer is “How much can you spend?”, then decide on what bells and whistles you can afford.
I know it doesn’t this way…
I remember when Tilman bought the Rockets, he joked about how bad their facilities were in comparison to the college stuff. I think we have entered the era of having the proper facilities is important but beyond that it’s a waste of money.
The next round of facility upgrades will be secured garages with professional valets, small safes in lockers, and on staff financial planners and personal shoppers.
