So do you need to scan your tickets through the app at the gates? I have printed tickets. Otherwise I am not sure why you canāt just earn points into your account without the app on the phone specifically. Anyone know?

Perfect, thank you! I have used the Sidearm website to follow UH baseball in the past, I skipped right past that app thinking it was a āgame trackerā app.
EDIT: Now signed into the app and ready to prove my dominance as a Cougar Fan.

I just looked and this is the address I get emails from , usually 2 or 3 a week . Maybe itās an option within our settings within our athletics account
shocking these kinds of apps can go live without being thoroughly QA tested - itās clearly NOT READY FOR PRIME TIME

Iām on the phone with Cougar Pride and they have no idea what Iām talking about. What a mess. Why is everything so hard?

Cougar Pride was zero help. I was disconnected on my first call, second call I was transferred to some generic voicemail boxā¦so I tried to email from the app. Got this.

I tried doing that multiple times when I first loaded the app. Couldnāt get the save button to work.
