The Pride Reward App

Got the email and downloaded the app, very interesting concept! You get points for attending, showing up early and staying late. I always show up early and stay until the end, but it will be fun to be rewarded for it.

I need that Quad brick, I should be able to earn enough points after a couple basketball games, but I would happily pay for it.

Got it downloaded and set up.

Didn’t see this thread. How do we earn points when we go to games / watch games at home?

Just emailed to find out what’s going on. As a BB and FB season ticket holder and contributor to the FC building fund, I am dismayed at the lack of communication with our athletic department. Guess I don’t give enough.

If you download the app (search Houston Cougars and it should be gne first listed), it has a calendar with points. 100 points for scanned ticket, 100 points for arriving 30 minutes before gane time, etc…)

How do we know there is an app if they don’t tell us? What about those who aren’t on Coogfans? Becoming very jaded.

Is there a way to link my season tickets through the app?

No email. Not in spam and checked any unsubscribes I might have inadvertently hit. With the amount of emails I get from other departments from our University, you would think I might at least get updates from the entity I support the most.

So you don’t get frequent emails from athletics?

You login to the app with your Cougar Pride account, so I assume it track it that way.

I get them from athletics and paciolan and other sports I follow. I just recently learned there was a separate CP email list that I didn’t know existed. Had to email them to get added and was added without an apology or explanation on why I wasn’t included originally. Have been a supporter and contributor since 1965 and for the first time having a hard time defending our athletic department.

I commend your support and dedication .

I talked at length with Gladchuck this week, and I brought up an old and persistent related problem…
As I am sure you are aware, our record keeping and tracking of donor lists has not been adequate, to say the very least…
John told me that they are almost finished with a thorough and complete overhaul of the entire data system…
Don’t feel singled out. All donations prior to 2000 were lost, never to be seen again…

Hang tight. Being a Cougar is “hard cheese”, but us long timers are finally seeing fruits of our endeavors.

Thank you for the response. I lost many points on the changeover from First and Ten to Cougar Pride and have been paying for it ever since. Especially for Final Four and bowl seat selection. It will always stick in my craw but will not deter me in future support. The fact that it never seems to be addressed is disheartening. The phrase that it is tough to be a Coog is far reaching and sometimes of our own making.

Back when Keith Cornelius was a CP leader. Lots of paper files back then.

You make an account with your ticket email and it’ll attach automatically. Looks like everything is there. I like the app so far. And seems like good prizes

No email here, and I can’t locate any such app on the Google Play store (Android).

Is this for Apple phones only?
