Does UH need to add extra security at the game Saturday?
They will for this game, and it still won’t be enough. Quite a few Tech fans are usually trying to instigate altercations.

On a related note, I hate that term H-town.
And speaking of hate, I turned to the guy sitting behind me and said “If I get hit by one of those tortillas, so help me, someone’s getting one stuffed in his mouth.” The missus said it would stop if the football players had to pick them up.
Or maybe an announcement warning fans to not throw s*** on the field before the game would draw their attention. Followed by some well-placed security in the crowd removing a few from the stadium.
Most obnoxious visitor fans I had ever been around in TDECU. Their effing tortillas and chants. Had two in my seats and told him these were my season tickets. Said no way bought from your ticket office. Asked him to show his tickets and they were in 329 and not 229. Dumb sh!t said 329 is listed first above 229 on steps wall. I asked, TT grad and he said yes. My response was 329 is above 229. He moved, but had that POS TT look for a fight in his eyes. F-um.

An announcement would have made things worse.
Their fans have easily been the worst of all the visiting fans, but when you walk into a visiting stadium and taking up that much of the stadium I can’t blame them totally for being a little obnoxious. The only way to silence this stuff is to have our fans buy tickets to our games. At least unlike basketball it wasn’t people buying tickets off the resale market.
I just wish I was around a loud Tech fan that was actually funny for once. In basketball this year and now football I’ve have “looking for a fight” guy right in front of me.
All I know is that I ain’t rooting for them in the CFP, should they make it. I don’t give a f*** if they represent the B12.
