Ticketmaster: Purchased resale tickets still "In Progress"

I’ve never bought resale tickets through Ticketmaster before. Purchased resale seats for the TCU game like 5 days ago but still says “In Progress” and says they will be ready no later than 9/15. The game is on 9/16. Is this normal or am I likely to get hosed?

Normal. I bought tickets to an away game in Sept and it said I’d receive them a day before the game, like yourself. I ended up getting them a week or 2 later by app

Edit. Exact dates: bought via resell off ticket master 08/11, tickets received 08/16
