Tickets look sparse

Same, really looking forward to it too

Astros used to ā€œdressā€ the stands in the Dome, sell closer to home plate first then work outward, because it looked better for most of the tv broadcast. Diamond club screws with that idea.

If not for premium sections, it would be better to strategically sell football and basketball tickets for tv image purposes #turnthecourt

I’m for moving all late August and September games to NRG.

Do you have to go by the ticket office if you want game tickets printed out? I don’t like relying on my phone skills with tickets.

You can try emailing them: tickets@central.uh.edu.

Back in the day BYU used to send season ticket holders their season tickets in a booklet that had the tickets, roster, ads/coupons, stories about the players, and other stuff like that. It would also come with a little gift like maybe a foam finger, or a little banner, or different things like that.

I started buying tickets when I was 14 (30 now) and for the first 10 years or so getting that packet and reading up on the players and roster and having the little gift were fantastic. I’ll see if I can track down the gifts when I get home.

All that to say, I miss the printed tickets.

Good morning, Craig! As JL said, you can reach out to the Ticketing team by email. You can also call them directly at 713-462-6647.

That may depend on the section, I’m sure at least some of the lower bowl sections are sold out to season ticket holders.

Possibly 1 or 2 sections.

These aren’t lower bowl tickets, these are upper sections not available, zero tickets available. Have you looked for yourself? Don’t kid yourself, very few sections are completely sold out. If they sold old sections at TDECU then it just happened this year. If they were sold out in the past then the fair-weather just didn’t fill the seats.

Just tried to look real quick for season tickets and it didn’t work, may try again later. I assume some tickets are being held or offered for the 3 game pack as well as individuals. I do wonder if there are some sections being held for that but would be sold as season tickets if people wanted them - it just might not show up on the publicly available map. Total speculation though as I have no idea how the back end of the system works.

I renewed my season tickets as soon as we had the opportunity and I have no worries about tickets and locations. I moved from 127 in the sun to 122 under the new overhang of the refurbished end zone. I will be out of the sun and rain and there is a natural funneling of the breezes for a cooler experience.
