Titans lose Landry, David Anenih to be activated from PS

I swear the Texans won the AFC South 6 out of the last 10 years… That’s pretty good.

I guess that’s where the Titans/Oilers can pick their plaque up…

I find it odd the Titans bring old Oiler players to their games. Players that never actually played in Tennessee. I have heard a few of them say they feel like they don’t have a team. They played in Houston, but that team is gone, and have no connection to the fans in Tennessee.

The whole dynamic of, “we’re the Titans, but claim the history of the Oilers” is strange. Maybe if the Steelers move to Houston we can claim all those Super Bowls as our own.

I guess i learned a different lesson from the Oilers. Them leaving made me realize that the pro teams are not the city they play in but the owner they play for.
I decided to go to UH, we all picked our university. Its our choice. The pro team can move and change names but my university is always going to be UH.

Yep very true. I was Season Ticket holder to the Houston Oliers from 1985-1990. Game Day was a full day event. I dropped out just in time for the Bucky Richardson years :joy::laughing:. :grimacing:
