Huh? I heard a story on NPR one time, about a guy who had a pet bull named Chance. Chance died, and the guy got him cloned. The new bull was named Second Chance. Second Chance was not nearly as docile or friendly as Chance was, and attacked his owner at least once. Be careful what you wish for, I guess.
I wish I could clone my long lost dog. He was the best dog ever.

I cloned Dr. Funkenstein. Way better the second time around.

Second best. Mine was best. ![]()
ust a matter of time until there are muiltple Gisele BĂĽndchens walking around, women of tomorrow will be so screwed, why waste your time and money on 5s and 6s when you can order your own Gisele BĂĽndchen !
A cloned dog. Because heaven knows there just aren’t enough rescue dogs to go around.
There’s a professor at the Hilton College that I was told once that her dog was a clone. That was like almost 15 years ago though.
I did wonder how much of the personality and other stuff is the same on a cloned dog, or if maybe the owner’s perception would be it is the same - even if it isn’t.
Environment vs.heredity. Interesting question if clones retain the memories of the host. I kind of doubt it, as they are only a physical copy and free to develop on their own once they are “born” but who knows. Kind of a heavy topic for a sports message board. Should probably stick to thread number 74368 about realignment or expansion.
Just Anecdotal:
But as a Clone myself, I often wish I wasn’t. Lemme tell you, it ain’t easy nor for the faint of heart to say the least!
Starting 5-0, only to lose 4 in a row!? Man, that’ll make any Clone question whether it’s really worth it or not Especially when it’s snowing and cold on a weekend like this.
But beating TCU in the Fort Worth sunshine makes it all worth it! So I think this dog sounds great.
