Not sure if you’re talking about Dana or Herman, or both. 
That’s the only logical reason that keeps me believing Dana is getting axed, this weekend… That recruiting rank is pathetic…. Unless, there is a plan behind the scenes were TF is about to drop us $5m-$10m in NIL and we buy some gnarly dudes? That would be the only reason to justify Holgs here for another year.

Im here in Orlando and wishing for UH to win but hoping it’s the last game for CDH. I hated Herman for leaving. I hate the guy but would take him back under an incentive laden contract that doesnt allow him to leave unless we dont want him. Hope for a good game today.

Programs like FAU, USF, and FIU are going to have a hard time recruiting FL because FL is losing people of child bearing age and/or people with families.
That is why Florida college football programs have been down the last 10 plus years. You will have 1 or maybe 2 (out of 7 or 8 D-1 programs I believe) who may do well. But there is simply not enough talent to go around, especially when you have Saban, Dabo, Harbaugh, Day and now even USC taking players from the state.
Uh… you’re going to have to show the data that backs that up. My understanding is Florida was one of the top destinations for professionals over the last few years.

UH fans don’t like coaches that party or can’t recruit. Herman caught lightning in a bottle with Lavine’s recruits then left.

FAU in a dog fight with Rice. I actually thought FAU would win this because Herman would turn it into some special big game for his team. Probably calling it a bowl game or something, pushing they want to keep a conference opponent from getting to a bowl, probably banned old English font in all facilities. Any gimmick that can fire up a team.
