I’ll post the guys that are redshirting, everyone else is expected to be able to play this season

Thabo Mwaniki

Position: Safety
Transfer from: Oklahoma State
Status: Must sit out this season. Will have two years of eligibility beginning in 2020.

Marcus Jones

Position: Cornerback
Transfer from: Troy
Status: Must sit out this season. Will have two years of eligibility beginning in 2020.

Kelvin Clemmons

Position: Cornerback
Transfer from: Minnesota
Status: Must sit out this season. Will have two years of eligibility beginning in 2020.

Hasaan Hypolite

Position: Safety
Transfer from: Colorado
Status: Must sit out this season. Will have three years of eligibility remaining beginning in 2020.

On another front, JD reports on a couple of guys that haven’t shown up on the roster yet:

Two signees - Alief Elsik offensive tackle Rodquice Chaney and Hutchinson (Kan.) Community College defensive tackle Jamykal Neal – have not reported to school as they resolve academic issues, coach Dana Holgorsen said.

UH reports for camp Aug. 2 and begins workouts the following day.

Summer school should be ending soon or has ended so hopefully the results will be favorable. Or, maybe we end up waiting a couple years like we did with Dixie Wooten.

Comparing to last year, I like the lack of grad transfers. Multiple years of eligibility, not one-year wonders.
