Been sitting blue lot barely moved over 30 minutes. How can UHPD be this bad? Houston PD has more experience larger traffic big events. Bring them in to consult

We were able to jump a curb from the blue lot to the next lot over and get out. Probably still be there if not.

I parked across from frost bank on holmon in the neighborhood next to the rail. I was on the freeway in no time.
