So not just the “actuals” or the “factuals” but both the “actuals” and the “factuals”….that’s good stuff Mr. Key.
Or do you prefer “lockand”?

What if it was Dedan and CKS got played….used for NIL leverage?

If Dedan was the PG he was talking about in the interview we are scrambling now.

For our sake, let’s hope it wasn’t.

Is it from an 80’s rap song?

Hes a solid point guard that has some qualities that we should think about, because Sampson will. Hes been a leader, and has had the pressure of a big program on his shoulders. Again, we could do much worse.

Video where hes wearing unlv gear then switches to uh during the eclipse

reece’s defense is as good as shead, against faster guards might actually be better (shead handles stronger players better)

but Virginia’s offense has been terrible, and its been run by him. the amount of times they’ve been kept under 47 points is outlandish

and if we look at the rosters, Virginia has more offensive players than we do on paper and they were terrible… sharp is the only lock of a proven offensive player returning …our defense likely doesn’t fall off much with reece … but we are looking at 47-42 type games, i don’t think those teams win titles

you are right we can do a lot worse than beekman…his game is similar to dejon, if we had a more offensive capable team, id be all in on beekman…but i dread the potential offense with him…especially if jwan left

a potential line up off
reece
sharp
Arceneaux
jojo
francis

would be historically good on defense and historical bad on offense

If we go defense with pg, I feel like we need a scoring 5. Kelvin knows better than me though.

In the age of NIL isn’t there a way we could get Beekman to be our defender and then Wade Taylor switches in during the fast break to play offense?

Half a scholarship each? Fill the rest with NIL

I like him as well. Great defensive player with good handles and can shoot a bit. Isn’t he a senior? Is he taking a Covid year?

he has a covid year…

someone noted, that they are hearing reports of a “DPOY” of a major conference potentially be the new PG. there are 3 of them zakai ziegler, ace baldwin and reece beekman… only reece has any ties to UH

decent field goal and 3 point % for those three you listed there, considering they were DPOY.
Reece is 6’3, Ace 6’1, and Zakai with an elite 8 run at 5’9. Also, we are currently in a “dead period”, so I wouldn’t expect anything for a week.

recruiting ends April 30th

Coaches can still contact players during the dead period. Recruits just aren’t allowed to take visits.

You seem to gloss over that coach believes Cryer and Roberts to likely return.

DPOY from a Big Conference sounds like Shead

some thought so as well, but he clarified it was not shead today
