All of the intentional shoves when the refs weren’t looking. There were several.

This reads like some may have mistaken RW is any kind of a PG! :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Does TA leaving potentially open a spot for Darrion Williams from Tech?

I doubt we have the NIL to land Williams.

Our roster is already pretty deep with talented dudes.

Hes probably commanding 2M+ in NIL offers

Maybe the goal is for us to start Tugler + Cenac.

So, no 4-man needed

I think we are set unless there are shock departures. IMO, opening night depth chart:

PG: Uzan / Flemings
SG: Issacs / Miller
F: Sharp / Harwell / McCarty
PF: Cenac / McFarland
C: Tugler / Sakho

doubt we run an 11 man rotation but that looks like one heckuva redeem team…

PF: Cenac/McFarland/Walker

The Isaacs pick up starts to make a lot of sense if he’s the LJ replacement and not an Uzan replacement. Some people wondered if Sharp would slide into the 2 spot but if Sharp is remaining at the 3 with Harwell coming in too then Terrance making this move makes 100% sense. There were going to be no significant minutes there and probably not at the 4 either

Dang, he could have gotten better.

id edit to be this

PG: Uzan / Flemings
SG: Sharp / Isaacs
F: Harwell / Miller / McCarty
PF: Cenac / *Ramon
C: Tugler / McFarland / Sakho

if Uzan Leaves

PG: Isaacs / Flemings
SG: Sharp / Miller
F: Harwell / *Ramon / McCarty
PF: Cenac / *Ramon
C: Tugler / McFarland / Sakho

what differentiates Pop is his Play Making , with uzan on roster, the skillset is less valued …we’ll priortiize defense
if Uzan leave he becomes the most experienced play maker on roster and likely becomes the lead PG… itll shift a lot of peoples role

Ramon may or may not be back… there wont be any wing minutes with Uzan back… but there is if uzan is gone

the big line up is confusing… we will play cenac, tugler and mcfarland interchangeable at the 4/5 and will get most of the minutes…stating sakho as tugler backup almost hints sakho comes in after tugelr… not itll be mcfarland

ā€œI doubt we have the NILā€

I’ve seen this a lot.

What makes you say that? Is it because you think we have already spent most or all of it this year( mostly on the freshman).

Does anyone even know how much we have in the pot?

Clearly enough to land big transfers and 5 star frosh…

high school recruits are cheaper… and we havent landed any truly expensive portal transfers

Coach usually plays 9-man rotation. I have McCarty & Sakho on the ā€œdepth chartā€ as I think they will see more than garbage time minutes but probably less than 10 min a game.

Sakho’s per minute stats this year were comparable to Javier’s. Watched McFarland in the scrimmage, good offensive moves but TBD on his defense.

Uzan projects mid to late 2nd round. That’s a two-way contract. He’ll make more playing at UH and declaring next year.

Doubt Ramon at 6’5" plays PF.

I think Sakho is going to be in the primary three man big rotation. At least early in the season I expect some growing pains with Cenac as well and can see Walker getting some extended time at the 4. I think McFarland will factor into the 4/5 as well.

We had to have paid quite a bit last year to keep the team together.

That’s where he has been, small ball 4.
