That would be a HUGE mistake. Dude is a Pro! If he runs in the 4.4 - 4.55 range at the combine, he’s going to be drafted high. But you never know in this $NIL era. I just believe that you should enter the draft when you’re hot or you could end up like Jason White from OU.
If for whatever reason a player isn’t rated high or his position group is just loaded with talent this year, coming back could be a sound business decision. Let’s hope our players get good advice to help them make the best choices.
The portal is like purgatory for most transfers. Unless kicked to the curb by the coaching staff, staying makes sense if you don’t have a few solid offers.
Agreed. The dude should go to the draft while his stock is high…
But these days with NIL & whatnot ya just never know
Yeah, maybe we can keep a few that may be thinking of leaving…
Just noticed that Ui Ale no longer has “UH” on his Instagram bio, and has “Waiting in Vain” by Bob Marley & The Wailers as his profile song.
OC and Fritz did Ui wrong. He was the best QB in the room,
Manjack and Boogied potentials were wasted. Feel for both.
Coaches cashing checks, not putting in work
Ui and Boogie probably gone after this season.
I dont blame him. Word has it that he almost transferred in the Spring but ended up staying.
After what we saw from Donovan and Zeon, no reason why Ui shouldnt have played more.
I wonder if any of them will end up reconnecting with ol’ Dana “Cough & Snort” Holgorsen up in Nebraska.
Honestly, I can see Boogie going to Corn

Does anyone know anything on this Utah Utes player entering the Portal. From New Caney H.S.
H-Back is similar to a tight end, but lines up a few yards behind the line of scrimmage. Zeon is not suitable for this type of role.
Why did you only quote “H-Back”? I clearly said “H-Back/WR”. I also stated that it was the same role that Braxton Miller played at OSU after he banged up his shoulder. He’d essentially be a gadget player that would line up all over the field. WR, RB, H-Back, plus the occasional wildcat QB role. I swear sometimes yall just like to argue for no apparent reason
I think you meant RB/WR, Not a TE
You sure that was me, comrade?
I don’t have anything quoted under “H-Back”…idek exactly what that position is. I’m still learning some aspects & positions of the game.
My bad G. I must’ve screwed up the quote reply
I meant damn near every position not named offensive line. Move him around and get him the ball in space from whatever position necessary
I think Zeon would excel in that type of Slash style like Cordell Stewart ran with the Steelers.
Honestly, I think he could be our WR1. His acceleration & ability would create separation at the LOS, something we lacked this year across the board.
Greg Ward was a great QB in college but played WR in the NFL. Chriss may have been a good QB in HS, but may be more fit for RB or WR in college.
