I am always intrigued by the portal deadline. You never know. A player might look at it with a different perspective. It could be a win win situation for just one individual. We never know what is the player ultimate motivation.

So I see we have two competing thoughts here. You are discussing our real/realistic targets, and on the other hand the other is just kind of looking at the portal saying they’d be nice pick ups.
Nothing wrong with that, just kind of a thing that I could see being a bit annoying when you’re trying to say, “Here’s who’s interested, on campus, might commit, etc”

Stampley is in tomorrow. Right now, I expect him to end up at WVU. But we get our chance to make an impression tomorrow. Will be interesting to see if we push hard for a commitment.
You get Scott. Garnes has us top two and hasn’t even visited yet. lol. And then a possibility that Hershey comes back.
Add that to McCutchin, Wilson, Webb, Haulcy, Allen, James, Williams, Rhym, West, Shaw, Barbas.

I know we’re in wait & see mode with Hershey/Batton, but Is Zykeius Strong a LOCK to come back?
Also, based on UF’s depth chart, it seems Armstrong likes 2 BIG DTs & 2 traditional edge rushers on the d line. With the addition of Donald, would you say Allen’s starting spot is in danger?
I ask these questions bc I’m trying to update the “depth chart.”

So we’re looking at a decent 2 deep rotation, got it 
. Based on who we have so far, we have a ton of flexibility with our defensive packages. We could run a traditional 4-3, a 3-4, a 4-2-5, a 3-3-5, etc. This is exciting!!
