I have no idea what mods do, but I would think you would be able to ban an IP? And just remove all of his junk off of here.
He must be protected for some reason, no idea why

Progs is a grown man who spends his time posting about wrassling on twitter and stalking posters here and photoshopping their pictures. Heās an absolute weirdo and should be banned for doxxing. Well unless heās big enough to post a picture of him/herself for us to photoshop. He is a creep.
