Holland was quoted as saying the G League best prepares him for the NBA.
Or better yet don’t have to go to class - can hoop all day - that’s all that’s about
yes, hence better prepare you for the NBA
Does Arkansas have like 40 players?
curious how much playing time T-Mark is going to be getting this season.
Doubt it’s 29.4 mpg like he got here last year…
yep.
would love to see him ball out, hoping the best for him (unless its UH v Arky)
100% true
But I don’t know that street ball is what best prepares you for the league.
He felt another place away from his hometown was best for him so not too concerned about his successes over there. I already have a hunch he is going to regret leaving for Arkansas.
The G League isn’t street ball. It is a minor league for the NBA. The coaches from g League teams and NBA teams collaborate
are G-League teams affiliated with NBA teams or are they all just independent teams funded by whatever?
I know very very little about it.
He is arrogant enough he would fit in at Texas.
He is, however a very talented and smooth guard.
He will have to be pushed to play defense. Probably why our coaches dropped him off our radar.
Sanogo who played his ass off in the NCAA tournament. Still goes undrafted
For Hunter Dickinson, Armando Bacot, others if you cant shoot the 3, and switch defensively in pick and roll…no chance as an NBA prospect
Maybe can stick it out in the G League
All the G league teams are affiliated with an NBA team. Nick Nurse coached the Rockets G League affiliate when D’Antoni was coaching the Rockets. Nurse’s team played the same style as the Rockets.
Except for Capitanes and Ignite.
