Think Ullom got caught by the wind blowing out. He’s pitched well today, hopefully Fletcher can come in and close it out. Tough part of the order next inning.

Coogs win the series…hope we sweep them tomorrow!
No excuse for us to not be in the top 15 after this week, even if we lose tomorrow. 3 road wins in a week against ULL and Irvine is impressive. 4 would be incredible.
We’re killing it against a tough non-conf and Julks/Davis’ bats are just starting to wake up. Conference play will be brutal for opponents if those 2 guy improve to close to their 2016 numbers. Jeremy has been gushing about how comfortable Davis has looked at the plate this week.
Yep. Dare say it that this lineup could be scary by tourney time.

Rogers took notice so we should be ranked in D1Baseball this week. Not really sure why they dropped us out.
It has been awhile since we had a lineup hitting like this one. Let’s keep it up.
Schreiner - 459
Triolo - 357
Wong - 316
Padgett - 307
Davis - 299
Lockhart - 257
Hollis - 238
Julks - 238
Etzel - 297
Bielamowicz - 273
Monacy - 250
And Julks and Davis are starting to heat up. It has been a long time since we put a lineup out there that has hit like this one.
A few more stats for you.
As at team:
Hitting: UH - .299 and Opponents - .237
Fielding: UH - .969 and Opponents - .967
ERA: UH - 2.37 and Opponents - 5.56
Fielding has been improving and I think the move of Schreiner to SS helped a lot.
Pitching solid as almost always and the Opponents ERA is reflective of this team showing its ability to hit and hit or create something in the clutch.
