I’m reading there is about $73.5 million in grant money funding these efforts.
I’m guessing that is spread over several years however.
UH Health probably needs a large endowment for itself to get really rolling. Hope
some billionaires out there are willing to invest in it.
To further support these efforts, UH is investing $77 million in a new 55,000-square-foot medical research building that will expand interdisciplinary research and accelerate scientific discovery.
Is this building on campus or will it be in TMC ?
I don’t know but I would assume it will be next to the med school.
