The soccer field is normally immaculate. I thought it was turf all last season, until someone popped my bubble by telling me that it has always been natural grass.
I believe the intense heat this summer has really damaged the field, which is why it looks like that right now, but I believe it can improve.

Last season they had it looking like a turf carpet pretty much all season; it was beautiful. Not sure if maybe they changed maintenance crews?

I didn’t catch the first half but Vanderbilt is dominating the possession in the second half which of course will most always lead to more scoring opportunities than your opponent. That said we just need one goal to draw.
Hard fought, looked competitive, but it’s hard not to look back on the really bad miscommunication mistake that allowed Vandy to tie.
