UH vs OU, at OU 2024, at UH 2028

I’m not going to argue with you on that point but the 4 incoming pac12 schools have all said that getting into Texas is what they are really excited about being in the Big 12.

Although Texas has always been available to them, playing games in Texas makes recruiting Texas better for them.

OU is not canceling that game.

I hope we have a hell of a buyout.

Honestly, that was the first thing come to mind. Wouldn’t surprise me one bit. We should have Sam Houston on speed dial by spring of 2028.

I’ll be there. Only an hour to Norman for me!

I have to give credit where it is due. Good job Pezman.

Possibly. Another reason could be their non-conference P5 game to boost their playoff standing. The only other nonconference game they have scheduled for 2028 is Temple.

Still, it would be great if it happens.

Oklahoma will have plenty of games against the aggies and lsu, not like they’re completely losing contact with southeast Texas.

Th reality is that, as of today, we are viewed as a cupcake P4 opponent.

That won’t change until we earn the respect to change that.

THIS IS BIG!!! GO COOGS

Then we should schedule a lot of teams now.
OU is a great fill in next year.

I’m not holding my breath but the scheduling trifecta would be OU, UT, and A&M.

My thoughts too when i saw 2028. Or they threaten buyout to force it to NRG

Nice!

My top 10 wishlist of Home and Homes for the future:

Notre Dame
TAMU
LSU
Michigan
USC
Ohio St
Alabama
Georgia
Clemson
Oregon

Everyone saw we were trying to get a game in Ireland right?

We should have played them here FIRST, then go up there in 2028 and we would not have to worry about them trying to get out of the game

As long as Scott Frost is coaching the other school, I’m good with this.

Worrying is a fool’s task

Levine said that recruiting has no sway to convince teams to play here and the fact that teams have either refused to play us in Houston, or bought out return games, proves him right.

As far as the Arizona schools wanting to recruit here, everyone wants to recruit here, now that they are in the conference and won’t be playing in California nearly as much, might as well make lemonade out of it.

Nah bud, you will be right here on this board with us, spouting pro-Coog propaganda!!
