I know he missed most of the season, but Derek Parish should be 1st team. He played enough to prove he deserves it.

I have no doubt that if Parish had not been hurt so early in the year, he would have been 1st team DL and possibly defensive player of the year. His lost had a major impact on our won-loss record and a significant impact on our pass rush. I think we beat SMU and Tulane with Derrick putting pressure on the QB. Without him, they could double team Jones and give the QB time to throw.
