It’s now UH -13.5
Crush the Orange!
March on down the Field
And never yield to Syracuse
Fight until the End
Hobart’s glory to Defend
And when we get Through
Twont be for You
The Vic-TOR-Y!
Go Coogs!
Good story on Emanuel from the Syracuse student newspaper. They requested some of Mario Puente’s photos, and they’re featured throughout the story:

Egg the ‘Cuse, Coogs!
Wish we were in the same arena. Much rather pull for ISU than Kansas.
FWIW, I think -13.5 is easily the play here IMO.
Unfortunately, this is likely going to end up a Q2 opportunity for Coogs. 'Cuse does not really excel at anything in particular.
Good Brand, very average basketball team.
Along those lines, margin of victory is capped at 20 points. With so many teams, I think it’s important the Coogs try to win by 20 or more here. In this format, it’s possible to go 2-0 and not really be in the running for the title game.
Damn it!!! I’m swamped at work today… on that note… ![]()
Scouting report on Syracuse from @iScoutUH31
Rumor amongst Syracuse fans is that their top scorer Donnie Freeman will be out due to injury
That’s a great story - thanks for sharing.
This is the kind of “equity deal” that the conference should be chasing. Great news.
The Big 12 now receives guaranteed access to the biggest college basketball event outside of March and it will benefit perennial powers and teams with national championship aspirations. Over the next six years, Players Era will commit no less than $50 million dollars to Big 12 basketball programs in rights fees,” said Seth Berger, CEO of Players Era.
Any word on how Harwell is feeling?
(8) teams invited…
1.Houston
2.Kansas
3.Arizona
4.Baylor
5.BYU
6.Iowa State
7.Texas Tech
And either K State, Oklahoma St, Cincinnati, West Virginia as that 8th team
We’ll see……Syracuse has literally played no one with a pulse.
I think this is going to be an eye opening experience for Syracuse.
So they have a built in excuse for their ass kicking.
