As someone who pledged a fraternity, it is NEVER that serious to go through all of this. It is ok to walk away. Poor kid didn’t deserve this and unfortunately none of those Sigma Chis will see the inside of a jail cell

Very sad.

I’m a UH ΣΝ '77 and I served for years on our Alumni Advisory Board. Anti-hazing is a message we have to drill into each incoming class and repeat over and over.

UT frats seem to have an especially big problem with this.

The Sigma Nu chapter there went down years ago for this. And now Sigma Chi.

Incidentally, I’m also a Sigma Nu. (Delta Alpha 1054)
