I was at the game with my wife and friend. It was great to see the number of people who showed up to support the team. In the days of NIL and “about me” sports, it was really nice that the young ladies on the team had an autograph day where the young volleyball players in elementary school and up could meet them and get their autographs. After playing four sets, you did it with joy on your faces.
The kids were really excited. This is how you build a program. You never know if one of those young girls will dream about going to U of H and playing for us in the future.
I so much appreciate your efforts and how well you represent U of H; beating Tech just added to the enjoyment of the day.
