I was able to watch by way of CBS from the UHCougars web-site last week vs Tennessee. It appears I may be able to tonight, but if not, is there a way to buy the game to watch?

That’s what I was thinking too.
If close enough to a transmitting tower, hookup an antenna (walmart sells them) and dial in the local CBS broadcast the old fashioned way.

Unfortunately if you’re in the sticks with poor digital connection to the nearest CBS tower it’s a crapshoot.
Internet is best bet - either cbssports site if you haven’t used your free two hour stream or Google buffstreams for online streams. Both will air play to any modern smart tv via your smart device
I haven’t left NB yet. YoutubeTV is offering a 21 day free option. You can watch the game on that. We leaving. Gonna watch the second half on YoutubeTV en ruta. Hoping for good traffic. Look for me on TV. I’m in red.

My son, who is a junior in high school performed in the state indoor percussion competition at Johnson Coliseum in Huntsville yesterday. Their performance was at 5:30, and winners weren’t announced until after 10.
The plan was to watch the game in my car. I drive a Tesla and you can get to a browser on the big screen in the car. However, the internet connection was terrible and it kept freezing and shutting down the browser. So instead, my wife and I went back into the Coliseum with our AirPods in and watched on our phones. We took one ear out to half listen to the awards and half listen to the game. With about 5 minutes to go, we had to leave the Colisem and finished watching the game in the car in the parking garage (still on our phone).
We will remember last night for a long, long time.
