Iowa State reather effectively out of contention for conference - I did NOT see y’all sittin better than both Cyclones and Utes at this point!
But again, these records are all MASSIVELY suspect, since this size of conference means we’ll never be able to effectively compare things the way you could in a 10 or 12 team conference.

People that cover the team had no idea how good we could be so it was kinda safe to say 4-6 wins when most of us had no clue about this team.
I track Warrennolan.com, just because he was one of the OGs for RPI and other metrics… He had the Coogs projected at 4-8 at the start of the season, I believe, and 7-5 once we beat Colorado. And the 7-5 hadn’t change since. Until tonight. His projections for the Coogs is now 10-2. We’ll see… One game at a time, but it’s nice to see the metrics start to turn…

When we lose or scratched by an Oregon State game half the fans say we will never win another.
And when we win we are going to the CCG.
I figure it’s somewhere in between.

I’ve got a lot of trust in CWF; there isn’t a team left on our schedule that scares me talent-wise.
We just need to avoid a letdown game and we’ll end up 11-1 with a chance at the CCG.
At 7-1 and the toughest opponents behind us, I feel confident saying that.
