WAY too many calls on us but none for them. If someone couls tell me the total foul difference, it would be nice.

We lost because the team can’t score when it needs to. Also, the fact that Malik was out there doing what Uzan was brought here to do is concerning.

We had 5 more. Number is important. But timing/situation maybe more important. Refs eliminated our guards on soft calls.

Uzan has fouled out in the 2 most important games so far this year. He has to be smarter.
The 5th foul he got tonight was 100% his fault, he knows they’re calling it tight

How anybody could be mad though, that is dumb. This game is exactly who the coogs are, competitive, strong defense, prone to the top of the key 3 pointer due to persistent double teams and traps.

Houston will be fine. I don’t think they are as deep as initially though tho. They are really 7 deep and for a team that fouls on nearly every possession, it could get them in big trouble in games like this in the big 12.
That said. I don’t think miller or arceneaux will be this version of themselves by conference play. But I personally don’t count Wilson & walker as viable big 12 depth night in & night out. I cringed as I watched them mindlessly pass the ball around with so little time on the clock all while waiting for cryer to save them.
But overall Houston will be fine. They aren’t nearly as good as years past but I mean that bar is high they will be great by conference play

Kelvin Sampson on new starting point guard Milos Uzan from the other week “Milos probably didn’t foul anyone the first 3 months he was here. I told him foul someone just so I can see some level of physicality.”
Well it worked. Our new starting point guard has now fouled out in regulation in both of our losses. I have an idea, how about we keep our best players in the game and stop sending the opponents shooting guards to damn free throw line on free passes.

You made my point my man. Had same number of fouls and points. Shouldn’t be on bench in critical situations.

TA and Francis are still limited by injury. Add whistle happy refs fouling out 2 of our guards and of course we don’t look deep

We lost because Uzan and Sharp fouled out. Most teams would be severely limited offensively with 2 of their starting guards foueld out.

Agree. We are a 15 win at best. Just suck at offense. Tugler, Francis and even Roberts at times have no fiing clue. NIT at best this year
I never want to play Bama again. We can’t beat them and the refs. That game should never have gone to OT. So sick of losing to them because of terrible refs.
