Flagstaff is the gateway to The Grand Canyon and Monument Valley and is Phoenix’s preferred getaway destination. It has The Arizona Bowl, the State’s premier skiing area. Also is the logical place to stop on I-40 between Albuquerque and L.A. And finally is a College town.

Thus demand for lodging is very high. Very high. That produces the high prices.

It is beautiful! Elevation 7000 feet. Has 4 seasons weather.

Hawaii getting is getting killed by UCLA, felt bad for them for a second til I saw that the Toad was coaching them. Now I hope Hawaii loses by a hundred.
