Well looks like he folded under pressure then in a game where he could of showed one of top QBs in the country. Also hurt his draft chances with that bad play. Lets see if Henderson is the guy. He kind of shown this before last year with WVU. He was the one saying how wanted rematch with Tech in conference championship game
Why has been limping the last 2 games then?
You look at his long run. At the very end, his knee buckled slightly. He was never the same after that. The warrior says he’s fine. I think he was hurt.
Utah sold out at the end with all out blitzes. I think if Overmyer is in, we might have had a different result.
Joseph really should be have followed up.
The kid has fight, give him his roses. He’s easily one of our top QBs ever post-CUSA.
But you’re being gaslit if you’re believing that over your eyes.
Of course he’s hurt. His throws lost accuracy because he couldn’t really step into them. And how many roll outs did we run?
I get that he doesn’t want to blame the loss on that or whatever, but he might as well have said the stadium lights weren’t on. ![]()
On TV it sure looked like he was limping.
But it also seems like Utah put a lot more pressure on him than other teams have in his season.
Well, his body language was terrible then. When they got the ball back with 2 minutes, I didn’t feel good about him moving the ball. The first play he fumbles the ball. He was not picking up the blitz.
For the other team to have “pressure” it would indicate that the defending team was allowing it.
Well, yeah. Our pass protection wasn’t always very good last night.
He’s just avoiding making excuses. He’s hurting but not necessarily “injured” so he was not on the injury report,
He wasn’t himself
For those who think Fritz should have put in true freshman KH to run the O in the second half, with less than a dozen live snaps this season, I strongly disagree. Weigman was able to run the O, when he wasn’t getting sacked. He had some bad throws but his leadership and ability to read the D are qualities you want on the field. Weigman gave UH the best chance to win.
He’s just man it up… it was obvious last week and last night he’s got leg/ankle issue
Oline was getting pushed back hard in the second half. Connor couldn’t do much behind it. Agnello was being pushed around like a WR, which resulted in the sack. We looked poorly conditioned.
Didn’t play our best game last night and still had a shot at the end. We will be ok! Now let’s fill the seats vs. Cincy and get the mojo back.
Yeah, I can’t remember which Guard it was, but one of them got pushed straight back into Weigman on one play.
I saw Henderson warming up for goal line situations. Wish we could have had that ln and at tt.
Agnello
That’s correct thinking
